When mailing an order, please remember to include the following information: 1) complete name; 2) address; 3) phone numbers; 4) quantity & order details. Please remember to include appropriate shipping charges as noted below. Make check or money order payable to: Amazing Herbs. Please allow 7-10 days for mail orders.

 Return Policy

For Product Damaged during shipping:  You must immediately contact the carrier to file a damaged merchandise claim within 3 days of receipt. You must have original box available for their inspection. AmazingHerbs.com must be notified by you regarding this claim.

Returns: Email us at info@amazingherbs.com for authorization to return. Please note: we will not accept any returns without authorization. Please complete the following form and submit with the returned item. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will apply for unopened merchandise. Opened merchandise will be credited at 50% of the purchase price. Freight charges are excluded from refunds. *Please note: Due to health and hygiene issues, the following items may not be returned or exchanged: Black Seed Oil, Black Seed body care ie. shampoo, skin cream, etc.
 

 Shipping Charges

We make every effort to ship orders that are received on weekdays by 3:00pm EST, to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
• 1-4 Bottles Add $6.50 (Shipping Via 1st Class Mail or Ground)
• 5-8 Bottles Add $9.50 (Shipping Via UPS or Ground)
• 9-24 Bottles Add $13.50 (Shipping Via UPS or Ground)

Next Day and 2nd Day Air service is available on orders received by 3:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday. (Pending product availability). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. 

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All shipments outside United States are shipped by Federal Express AIR COURIER. Delivery times are between 2-5 days depending on location. Rates are based on item weight. To calculate shipping rate, add items to shopping cart, enter name and address, and select your country from pull down menu. Continue to payment screen and shipping rates will be displayed below order total. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Please note: Customer is responsible for own Custom and Duties Charges. International customers order at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Some countries restrict the import of herbal products. So please check with your post office before ordering.
